3k Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the 3k platform — whether through the website at 3k-3k.com or through the 3k mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 3k.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 3k platform. Continued use of 3k after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3k reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. 3k may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the 3k platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3k is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 3k. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3k account password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

• 3k will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent 3k.

3k reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information, is being used by someone other than the registered account holder, or is otherwise in breach of these terms.

3k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on 3k are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 3k may apply transaction limits for security or compliance reasons.

Deposits are credited to your 3k wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes, contact 3k support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal processing times on 3k are typically under 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. 3k reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• 3k does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 3k reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

3k offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Bonus funds credited to your 3k account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on 3k is 20x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are credited to your 3k wallet automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions, or manually by the 3k team within 24 hours.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time on 3k. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 3k reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account being closed.

All games available on 3k use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results, bet size, account history, or any other factor. 3k does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

By playing any game on 3k, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing a bet.
• All bets placed on 3k are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, 3k will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
• 3k is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues or device failures.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3k platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with 3k games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in 3k games or the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on 3k.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds on 3k.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3k for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3k staff or other players through any communication channel.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 3k account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: 3k can send you reminders after a set period of continuous play to encourage breaks.
